My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, despite being a bit cavelike, were spacious and nice, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. Henda, in particular, was a joy to see every day with her constant smile. I would definitely consider coming back in the future, especially with the added bonus of private WiFi.

The hotel rooms are designed like caves, creating a unique atmosphere with ceiling lights and table lamps, though they can be dark and hard to tell if clean. The Tea and Coffee facilities are available but lacked milk. A spill on the dressing table made it look dirty. The service catered to personal needs excellently but lacked in animation and beach maintenance. The location, though isolated, offers stunning views but lacks cleanliness in certain areas. The dining experience provides all-day food and drink options by the beach. The facilities cater to daily needs, yet could use some improvements.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the hotel. Henda, who looked after the rooms, was a joy to see every day with a welcoming smile. The rooms, designed like caves, may not have floor-to-ceiling lighting, but the charming and hardworking man, Samir, ensured they were always clean with nice touches. I will definitely come back in the future.

The rooms were looked after very well and had some very nice touches. They are built and decorated like caves, so don't expect floor-to-ceiling lighting, but there are plenty of ceiling lights and table lamps. The rooms were cleaned daily with towel decorations left on the beds.

The service was friendly, but they could benefit from some additional training to work more professionally. However, they catered for our needs excellently on a personal level. The animation team was disappointing, the beach could use some attention, and the spa services were less than satisfactory.

The location was well kept and tidy, but trying to get a table or near a fan in the evenings felt like a race. The dirty seating and floors were not inviting. Cushions were stained and grubby, though the few shops within the hotel grounds were convenient.

The dining experience varied from bread with a little fruit and salad to outstanding fresh pizza on Tuesday nights. The beach food and drinks were available all day, and the toasted sandwiches were the highlight.
